Whether you’re new to Ipswich, or if you’ve been here for years, River Church is here for you. We’re passionate about you having an amazing time at uni, and growing into all that God is calling you to be. We’re here to journey alongside you, and we want River to be your home away from home.

What’s on?
Student Nights
Every Thursday Evening at 6:30pm during term-time, we gather together as a group to enjoy some food, play some games, grow together in our discipleship, and support one another through Uni life. Whether you’ve been a christian all your life, have just started following Jesus, or you’re completely new to all of this, Student Nights will be a great chance to spend meaningful time in community with other students.
Student Socials
Our Student Socials will be happening on the last Thursday Student Night of every month. These will be a chance to have fun together, and also an opportunity to bring your coursemates, flatmates, and friends along! Different socials could include things like: a trip together to the pub, laser tag, games nights, quizzes, and much more! Start thinking about who you could invite along!
